We can’t wait to welcome you back to campus! The following details will help you plan your visit so you can make the most of your weekend.

Arrival

Your first stop will be the Heffner Alumni House at 1301 Peoples Avenue, where you will pick up your nametag lanyard and a detailed schedule of events.

Check-in anytime during one of the following windows: 

  • Friday, October 10 – 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. 
  • Saturday, October 11 – 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. 
  • Sunday, October 12 – 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Nametag Lanyard

Please wear the nametag lanyard that you receive at check-in to all campus events. It’s your access pass for the weekend!

Parking

You may park in any open campus lot during the weekend, but your best option is North Lot (turn south onto 13th Street off Peoples Avenue, to the rear of the Heffner Alumni House). You may leave your car for the day and take advantage of our convenient shuttle service.

Shuttles

Shuttle buses will run continually from the Heffner Alumni House to various campus event locations throughout the weekend. The schedule you receive on-site will have full details.

Attire

Reunion & Homecoming is a casual, fun event. Wear your red and white, and dress comfortably! Exceptions include Friday evening class dinners, which are business casual.

Cashless payments at bars

Please note, cash will not be accepted at any of the on-campus Reunion & Homecoming events that feature bars. Payment will be accepted via card only.

Athletics Tickets

If you would like to catch a game or two and cheer on our teams, please purchase your tickets in advance by visiting the Athletics Box Office. Use promo code RPIALUM.

  • Men’s Hockey vs. Miami University (Ohio) – 10/10, 7 p.m., $12
  • Football vs. Buffalo State – 10/11, 1:00 p.m., $6
  • Men’s Soccer vs. Ithaca – 10/11, 4:30 p.m., tickets not required
  • Men’s Hockey vs. Miami University (Ohio) –10/11, 6 p.m., $12
    • Class of 1975 members may secure tickets for this Hockey Game through their Reunion & Homecoming registration.

State of the Institute: Submit Your Question!

At the conclusion of President Schmidt’s State of the Institute address, there will be an opportunity for a brief Q&A. Please submit your question to Dr. Schmidt through this form in advance of the event!
