Leadership Educators Advising Peers (LEAP) is an Archer Center affiliated program that specializes in experiential learning. The members of LEAP are extensively trained in the experiential learning cycle, group dynamics, emotional safety, and different styles of leadership. Upon completing training, LEAPers spend the majority of their time developing and running workshops that focus on communication, problem solving, conflict management, and team building.

LEAP is hosting this live networking event for Reunion & Homecoming alumni and alumnae! The program will focused on rekindling connections to RPI and forming multigenerational relationships between the alumni/ae and students. If you want to expand your personal or professional network of RPI alumni, come socialize with us! Activities will include:

Take a Stand – Find out what you have in common with other attendees, such as past clubs, what dorm you lived in, hobbies, and more.

Memory Lane – Share stories based on group prompts that aim to connect attendees through their shared experiences.

Team Tapestry – Create a colorful collage of cameras to show off each attendee’s personality.

This event will be happening live, so participants should have a functioning webcam and microphone available.

Why is your participation so important? Annual gifts help ensure the continued excellence of the Rensselaer experience. Plus, participation sends a message to the world about the quality of the Rensselaer degree and alumni success.
